Black Magic Grilled Vegetables

1 red pepper, sliced
1 red onion, cut in thick slices
20 red grape tomatoes, halved
1 small zucchini, sliced
10 small crimini mushrooms, halved
2 tablespoons Smoked Arbequina Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
4 cloves Black Garlic
2 tablespoons bleu cheese
2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar

Toss vegetables with Herbs de Province and olive oil. Grill until marks appear. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, combine black garlic, bleu cheese and balsamic vinegar. Add to vegetable and toss well.
